# About Adroit

**Outperform. Don't outspend.**

You're here because you want to know who we are, what we believe, and whether you can trust us with your revenue number. Fair questions. Here's what you need to know.

## a·droit /əˈdroit/

**adjective** "clever or skillful in using the hands or mind."

We chose the name deliberately. It's synonymous with masterful and cunning — the qualities you need when you're competing against bigger money.

## Who We Are

Adroit is a growth partner for businesses competing against bigger money. We provide senior revenue leadership — the executive layer that connects marketing, operations, and AI to profitable growth — backed by an execution engine we run on our own company first.

We believe businesses should win by being better, not by being bigger. Your competitors with larger budgets aren't better operators — they're just better funded. The villain in that story isn't size; it's conduct: winning by outspending, smothering markets, and monopolizing categories rather than earning growth through competence.

That thesis organizes everything we do — our mission, our ethics filter, and what we refuse.

## How We Got Here

Adroit started as a marketing agency with one unusual habit: we tied everything we did to our clients' revenue and margins, not just their lead counts. In 2024 we hit a serious operational wall, and we came out of it a much smaller company. Instead of rebuilding what we'd been, we built what we believed a modern firm should be: operations designed around AI from the ground up, with senior judgment — ours — directing all of it. We grew revenue back to where it had been without rebuilding the old overhead, and our clients stayed with us through the entire transition. That experience is now the product.

We run our own company on the systems we sell — same revenue, same clients, better margins. That's how we know it works.

## What We Refuse

We judge conduct, not category.

We don't keep an industry blacklist. We keep a behavioral standard, and we apply it to every engagement — including profitable ones. We refuse work that profits from harming, deceiving, or exploiting people:

- Predatory practices that extract from the vulnerable
- Business models built on denying people the care or services they're owed
- Profiting from addiction or from harm to minors
- Dealing in weapons

We work for businesses competing against bigger money — never for the money doing the smothering.

### This Standard Has Teeth

We once completed an initial strategy engagement, with an ongoing retainer committed, and learned during research that the client intended to market vapes to minors. We walked away from the revenue that day.

We'd do it again.

The filter is never adjusted to protect pipeline revenue. If accuracy and prospect comfort ever conflict, accuracy wins.

## What Makes Us Different

Four things distinguish how we work:

### We Built It for Ourselves First

Content Ops and Sadyr — our knowledge-operations platform and AI Revenue Agent — are both systems we proved in our own production environment before offering them as services. Every system we deploy runs in our own operations first.

### We Start with Evidence, Not Assumptions

The Growth Assessment's scored diagnostic means the work we propose directly addresses your highest-leverage opportunities — not a generic package. Strategy begins with what the data says about this specific business.

### We Deliver Systems, Not Decks

Engagements produce working infrastructure — deployed, monitored, and documented — alongside the marketing work that fills the pipeline. You end an engagement with something running, not a slide deck describing what could run.

### We Price on Value, Not Hours

Fixed project pricing aligned with outcomes. AI-powered operations let us move faster, so you get senior-level output without enterprise-agency overhead — the growth engine of a company twice your size, without the payroll risk.

## The People

Adroit is owned and run by Todd Brown and Darren Faber. Darren Faber is Adroit's Chief Experience Officer. We're a distributed U.S. team rather than a single-office operation.

The people who sell the work are the people who lead it. You never inherit a junior account manager after the close.Full written bios for both principals are being finalized and will be added here.

## The Company

Here's what you should know about how we operate:

- **Where we work:** Distributed U.S. team
- **Who we work with:** U.S.-based clients targeting U.S. audiences
- **What we run:** Two proprietary platforms, both live and in production — Content Ops (discovery, knowledge base, and content operations) and Sadyr (AI Revenue Agent for first-touch qualification, approved-sources answers, routing, meeting booking, and clean CRM writeback). Both run Adroit's own operations first.
- **How to start:** The Growth Assessment — a scored diagnostic producing a phased, budget-aligned growth plan
- **What we don't do:** Regulatory-compliance services (for example, EU AI Act compliance). Our clients are U.S.-based, and compliance advisory is outside what we'll stand behind.

## Who We Work With

We're built for organizations of roughly 10–100 employees that have:

- **Structured, repeatable workflows** — content production, reporting, data processing, client delivery — where automation and AI have real leverage
- **Existing business systems** (CRM, analytics, content management) that need better marketing, cleaner data, or AI integration — or the intent to build those systems, which we can stand up from scratch
- **Operational bottlenecks where the team is the constraint on growth**, or a pipeline that isn't converting

Professional services firms and SaaS companies are the closest fit, with other B2B business models close behind.

One strong signal: you can already name where the hours leak — manual reporting, content that can't keep pace, leads that go cold before follow-up, revenue data nobody trusts. But not knowing is equally qualifying. Plenty of good-fit businesses only know that growth has stalled. Diagnosing where to start is one of our highest-value contributions, and the Growth Assessment exists precisely for that buyer.

What matters is wanting working systems, not another strategy document.

## How to Work With Us

Start with a free discovery call about your operations and growth pipeline — enough for both sides to confirm fit before any paid work begins.

From there, most engagements begin with the Growth Assessment: a structured evaluation of where your business stands, with a scored diagnostic built in. You get a phased, budget-aligned plan you can execute against — whether that plan leads to marketing work, RevOps, an AI build, or a combination.

The assessment replaces guessing with evidence. What we propose next targets your highest-leverage opportunities, not a generic package.
