Sadyr is software, not a person — it qualifies visitors, answers pre-sales questions, routes conversations to the right team member, books meetings, and records structured information to Adroit's CRM. Sadyr augments our team; it does not replace anyone on it. Every qualified conversation reaches a human rep who receives a briefed handoff rather than a raw form submission. ## What Sadyr Does When you interact with Sadyr, it: - **Qualifies** you against Adroit's client-fit criteria - **Answers questions** about Adroit's services, approach, and engagement process - **Routes** qualified prospects to the appropriate person on our team - **Books meetings** directly on our calendar when you're ready to talk - **Writes structured data** to Adroit's CRM so our team has context before the conversation begins ## Where Sadyr's Answers Come From Sadyr answers only from a curated, human-approved knowledge base maintained in Content Ops, Adroit's knowledge-operations platform. Every piece of knowledge Sadyr is allowed to reference has been explicitly reviewed and approved by someone on our team. If a piece of knowledge has not been approved, Sadyr does not say it. That constraint is what makes it safe to put in front of prospects. **The limit:** Sadyr can be incomplete or wrong. Nothing it says constitutes professional advice, and no statement from Sadyr is a binding commitment from Adroit.
